Lead a Retreat Under Your Own Brand

You bring your group, we do everything else. Let us know where you’d like to go, sites you’d like to see and the ultimate space for you to share your passion. We handle all negotiations for travel accommodations and local transport where required. We will assist your clients through the registration process and travel bookings where needed. Our partners provide TICO guarantee for your clients and online and secure registration links. Essentially all admin and operations are taken care of, leaving you free to do what you do best. Marketing opportunities available for an additional fee.

Where to Start?

We recommend booking your retreat no less than 6 months ahead and ideally up to a year. Once you’ve decided where you’d like to go, we will send you a detailed contract confirming our services and responsibilities. We ask for a deposit of $800 CAD of which includes a $500 CAD non-refundable admin fee. For local adventures, the deposit is $400 CAD of which $250 CAD is a non-refundable admin fee. What’s Next?

Once we have received your signed contract and deposit, it is all systems go. It generally takes us 30 days to secure the planning and booking for your full itinerary. Please note where booking deposits are required in advance, you will need to cover that fee. Deposits, payments and cancellations do vary from place to place. Once your booking is complete we will send you all of the details for your retreat and the link for your clients to start registering.

What’s your return?

Outside of happy and fulfilled clients and the dream retreat you always wanted? 14 days post retreat start date, we will issue you your payment less booking fees (clearly outlined in advance) and a 10% fee on registrations to Sangha Wellness Retreats.
