We are stronger together!

In these times of challenge and uncertainty, we may not be able to explore much beyond our own neighbourhood, however we can still find time to devote to our own self-care and healing through Yoga and Wellness based activities. To keep us connected, we have created our At Home Retreat series, sharing live virtual workshops on various aspects of Yoga, Meditation and Healing practices. We also send out a recording of the practice to anyone that has pre-registered for the event in case time zones and other commitments don’t line up. Each month we share a new theme, and have also begun to build a small library where you can purchase past recordings to enjoy this very moment.

Our mission hasn’t changed, we are just a bit on hold for now. In the meantime, please explore https://lisagreenbaum.com for various online offerings to help you through the more difficult days and to keep your self-care on track. Lisa, who specializes in trauma-based Yoga practices has created online Yoga programs to help us care for our mental health, heal from trauma, or simply just release stress and tension with her signature class: Yin + Restore. With weekly and monthly virtual practices and the beloved At Home Retreats series there is something for everyone.
